Summary: Rude Staff

This review is not for Dr. Schwartz, but for the staff answering the calls which unfortunately reflects on the whole experience. I called today to make an appointment and I talked to a very nice lady who made my appointment for the next day. I wasn't sure about my insurance so I said I would call right back to confirm. The second time I was transferred to a very rude lady, a night and day difference from the first person I talked to. I felt like I bothered her. She didn't give me any appointment options for a month, even though I called back 3 minutes after my first call. I understand that someone else took that appointment time within those 3 minutes, but the first person I talked to gave me the impression that there were other time available for the week. Either way, I am very disappointed with my second experience and even though I regret not seeing Dr. Schwartz, I don't want to put up with such a rude behavior from his team either.
