Dr. Elden Blair is third generation native of Arizona and grew up in the White Mountains. His undergraduate studies were at the University of Utah and he then attended Optometry School in Chicago at the Illinois College of Optometry. He holds a Bachelors degree in Visual Science and a Doctor of Optometry. Upon graduation he practiced with Dr. Robert Rivera in Flagstaff, Arizona and later joined Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center. Br. Blair has been helping the people of the White Mountain community since 1998.

Dr. Blair currently resides and practices in the White Mountains. He is an active member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
